Got Chaos? Is this what the inside of your head looks like? Sometimes I feel like this is how my brain feels. Got to go to the vet. Drop baby off. Write work emails. Make phone calls. Work out. Grocery shopping. On and on and on. What do we need to do with all these thoughts? What I have done and feel the need to share is make a schedule. Get a sheet of paper, or put it on excel and put time slots in the schedule. Then write down ALL the things that are going through that pesky brain of yours. Once you have it all on paper, work your schedule to do all of these items. Not only make a schedule, stick to it. I promise this works and you will be going to bed without chaos running through your head and sleep that much better.
